How we handle your information
Smarter Minds Learning Center respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This notice explains what this website collects and why.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, optional email address, your child's name and grade level, the programs you're interested in, and any message you write.
- Cookies and the Meta Pixel (only if you accept): pages you visit on this site, your browser and device details, and your IP address.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your child's assessment.
- If you accept cookies: to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring families to the site. When you send an enquiry, Meta receives your email and mobile number in scrambled (hashed) form so it can match the enquiry to an ad.
Who we share it with
- Twilio SendGrid, which delivers enquiry emails to our team.
- Meta Platforms, for ad measurement, only if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
